Solution for SuccessGreat motivational speakers and leaders have had differing perspectives about how to uplift the world's consciousness.

The following is a four part solution to overcoming day-to-day challenges to uplift your life.

1. Treat every challenge as an opportunity:

The reason we are so dependent on certain circumstances to bring us joy is because we don't see all events as opportunities. In the moment of each experience that life presents us, we look at it in one of two ways.

The first represents the majority of people on the planet: an experience must be what we want it to be and fulfill certain expectations of that want. This will always leave you with either immediate suffering or short-term joy.

The second is rarer. It adorns every moment with excitement of what the next moment will bring, truly letting go of the outcome, knowing it will tend to itself. In other words, have a goal and expect your goal to manifest but then release your goal. By releasing the outcome of your life experiences, you open yourself to the opportunity each moment brings. Ask yourself when times seem hard, what is this moment sharing with me? How can I grow? What can I learn?

2. We must be responsible for ourselves:

Blaming, proving, reacting and the prevalent judging are positions we hold when we disempower ourselves by giving our responsibilities to another or when we disempower another by taking on their responsibilities. We think so often, we know what is best for our neighbor or loved one. We go further to push our viewpoints onto them, expecting them to change, but what are we really doing? Empower yourself to be, think, speak and act on your truth as it relates to you. Empower others to do the same. Love another enough to let them learn their lessons instead of trying to do it for them.

3. Listening:

Are you really listening to people? Most of the time we value what people say based on if we agree with them. Seem normal? It's normal but it is not natural. Learn to value what people say based on a desire to hear what they have to say, not based on how much or little they agree with you. Listen more than you share. Be present 100 percent when someone shares. Also, learn to listen to your thoughts, words and actions; this is called self awareness.

4. Relationship with Spirit:

How much has this world been divided from spirit, and for how long? Please make a daily spiritual practice of praying, communicating or relating to spirit in some way - nurture and evolve it. Everyone has two spirit guides at any given time: their main spirit guide from birth until death and at least one secondary guide assisting them with their present life experiences. These spirits are helping you whether you know it or not, whether you use the help or not. Using Spirit's help makes your life much easier. If this is new to you, be brave and venture into an unknown and ask spirit for help. It's unlikely that you have never asked God for something. God is part of spirit, as a whole. Whether you ask Angels, God, deceased loved ones or your spirit guides, ask. It will make your life more effortless and successful.
