Does a perfect particular diet have a mass benefit for mankind?
Vegans preach that animal products are unhealthy.
Carnivores preach that a vegan diet is unhealthy.
Raw foodists proclaim that cooked food is toxic, and Breatharians believe eating at all is poisonous based on the belief that conventional food has pesticides and organic food has parasites.
So what is the perfect diet?
These diets are like diet clubs. People like to feel a part of a club or something they believe in, but the perfect diet is different for each person and for each the perfect diet changes with time.
The prefect diet comes into fruition by listening to what the soul and body want versus what the mind rationalizes as beneficial.
A truly perfect diet may consist of breath one day and meat the next followed by vegan cooked cuisine for days to follow.
Our body has an intelligence that if listened to each moment of our life, will bring about our highest benefit.
